Just to touch on something. I never care about a specific name of a stone. It gets to complicated with tile stores, fab shops and homeowners.

The only thing that I let them know is it is a Marble, Limestone, Granite, ETC or manmade.

After 30 years in this business it is not worth arguing with a homeowner that was sold one stone as another.

I just let them know YES I can fix it and this is how much it will cost you.

Just to add-That Jerusalem gold if you look closely appears to be textured -so you may want to use grit brushes and then use DIP's to finish.
