I missed the epoxy part-like John stated you need an epoxy grout haze remover to break down the epoxy. However those things can take forever so if you use an abrasive either before, after or both it may make the job go faster.

Epoxy grout haze normally will not be removed by using and acid based product. If you have a normal grout sanded or non sanded  an acid based cleaner or on a marble floor you can use a polishing power to remove the grout haze.

There are products from Aqua Mix or Prosco that will remove epoxy haze. Remember you are dealing with an epoxy not a cement based product. You have to break down the epoxy.

You simply need an acidic floor cleaner, which can be found at almost any floor cleaning supplier. We use Viper Renew which we purchase at our local Interlink Supply store.

Dilute per instructions, mop on, dwell, agitate, extract, apply neutralizer,  extract.

Thank you
