Subject: poultice for removal of mineral oil stains

Client has stains on her marble vanity, caused by spilling mineral oil. Unfortunately, they are not fresh. I'll first apply a cleaner/degreaser to attempt to pull up any remaining oil residue. Ideas for poultice liquid? Paint thinner, stripper?
