Mask off the cabinets and floor very well and then use paper towels folded 6-7 ply high on the surface and slightly over the edge. Mask off so it doesn't drip onto the cabinets.
We use MB-2 to wet the towels and let the product just emulsify the grease. Leave in place for one hour-rinse repeat-rinse. If not totally gone use our stain reaper poultice.
