What is in Klenztone? Sounds dangerous.

The fumes alone can do a lot of damage. Depends on the material and how dirty it is that will create the off gassing. A good breeze helps and sometimes I will cover plants just to be safe. This is a $29m house in escrow so I am way on the side of caution. The main problem is all these grout blobs everywhere and these won't come out with any chemical (acid would have to be super strong and would likely bleach out the black grout). That's why I was also thinking of a mild acid and a good brushing.

Acids can activate the iron in basalt and I am cautious for cleaning with an acid but there is grout stains and minerals. Did some tests with a mild acid to see if any oxidation occurs over the next week. The grout stains (photo 2) probably won't come out anyway because it is so acrylic laced. Did a Klenztone sample and that worked great but hate using that stuff unless I absolutely have to.
