I always recommend to cut the nail heads off and then tap the rest down but the building owners just ignore us floor cleaners LOL.

I had a job like this last year and the guy that underbid me did such a BAD job doing the repairs he got thrown off the jobsite. The building owner said they were trying to fix bad epoxy patches with a Sharpie marker. I priced it out to fix the screw-ups and complete the floor but the building owners wanted the cheap pricing that the other guy gave. I walked away because I won't work for hotdogs. I like my steak too much.

Probably closer to a pock Mark
It always best to cut the nails head off then tap the the nail down
There is a specific way to repair those
We use a core drill to remove the pocks
Then match the existing terrazzo using matching aggregate and color

There was previously carpet. So there are chips where there was tack strips.  There is also cracks that need to be repaired

Hi partners,

I am doing repairs on this terrazzo floor, but I can't find the repair kit anywhere. Can anyone recommend a supplier?
