Thank you all. That was my thought too. The stone is white marble that I didn't I'd yet.Peroxide will etch the floor. What if customer does not want to refinish the stone (it is 2200 sq ft all open)? Is there another product that can be used instead and not to etch the marble? I understand that that results may not be as good.On Feb 26, 2018 2:47 PM, "Stuart Rosen" <mail@stoneshine.com> wrote:That's a large area to poultice-I have used 30/40 peroxide poultices on these types of stains with success. What type of marble is it? White? However I would explain to the client that grinding might be a better solution.Try some 80 or 120 grit sandpaper on a Makita dry and see how deep the staining is. Then you can either grind it out with a floor machine and or poultice.--On Mon, Feb 26, 2018 at 3:28 PM, Fred Hueston <fhueston@gmail.com> wrote:I agree I would test with diatomaceous earth and 20% peroxide solutionSent from my iPhonetry peroxide 20%On Feb 26, 2018, at 2:35 PM, Adam Bartos <info@restoreyourtiles.com> wrote:Customer has marble floor with large, 8ft x 14ft area that was stained by liner under area rug. What poultice mix would you recommend?
