One way to fix it:

Densifie the area your talking about and let it set overnight or 24 hrs at-least.  I use ashford formula. Wet area in front of grinder with a mist of water weting on concrete... load grinder with 120 metals or sti grout pans. Cast out grout…granquartz has a good polishable grout…

broom it out over the area and then mist over it latex mixed with water 30% latex the rest water, then densifie the area again after you ran the grinder over the area and grouted the floor and let it sit a couple hours..Then proceed.

Could there be a difference in the porosity between the two areas?(same pour) Is there any tricks to deal with more porous areas that wont pop as well as the rest?
