I would first test those light spots with some water and see if it soaks in. If it does than I would reapply Ager Tiger and let it soak in. If the water doesnt soak in than I doubt ager will work.  I would try scrubbing the area with a solvent and see if you can get it absorb.

I used uniblack and Ager. It made it fade significantly and it looked great when I left. but now it looks like it dried out. Theirs even a ring left by the paper towel dispenser on the right.

Any ideas beyond reapplication of uniblack and Ager?
