Hi Kyle,
Try a little 5x on a wet white scrubby pad. Does it improve it? Most Corian that I have seen are in sheets or slabs. Is this tile?
Just a suggestion.
Joyce
Hey guys,
These are the side walls around the restrooms that they are telling me are Corian.

I am having trouble seeing the detail in this, but we have been maintaining an engineered stone tile in a casino for 20 years. Are you certain that this is not engineered stone. The one we work on is a resin matrix with chips of resin and marble in it. It responds to the same process used for many stones. If they are using an acidic cleaner or if it is acidic urine, then 5x or 600 honing powder and 5x would do the trick if it is engineered stone.
When we were refinishing corian, we purchased special 3m pads they use in auto refinishing that they used on corvettes. They were pretty slick and did the job but left a very fine powder. We used an auto buffing head. That was years ago and haven't had the call to do much in the last ten years.
The "staining" looks more like etching which makes me wonder about and engineered tile.

We do a lot of corian.
Using abrasives is the way to go.
Trizact pads work the best.
You can refinish back to factory

I don’t recall the name but it’s like micro pads or something like that.

Some 3m Finesse-It with a white pad might help too, as this is how it is usually final polished.

Hey Partners,
We normally don’t touch Corian, but I have a commercial client that has some stain issues in their restrooms that the cleaning staff used too harsh of chemicals.
What do you guys recommend?
