Agree
Very tough stains to remove in most cases.
Sounds like the type
Of client I wouldn’t work for.

I agree Bill, they did have a toilet replaced but she was adamant that he caused the discoloration. On a side note he was right there getting a tongue lashing for something else he supposedly did. Thanks everyone for the help.

Agree with Bill and if that doesn't work try a poultice with Iron Out

Looks like iron stains from under an old toilet.  Poltice with 35% Hydogen peroxide over 3 thick plain white paper towels. Let sit overnight. Remove towels using gloves and clean with water or neutral cleaner.  Rinse paper towels with water before throwing out so the peroxide is neutralized and does not mix with other chemicals.  Note peroxide mixed with other chemicals can cause a fire. Hone and polish as necessary.   RSR 2000 from Alpha works well if it's more on the surface.  Truly to me it does not look like something from the cancer treatments.

Good evening, a customers husband had bladder cancer and was doing treatments at home. She is unsure of the fluids that leak out but they spilled onto the marble causing it to stain. Any thoughts on if this can be removed or at least minimized, thanks.
