Diversity High Milage Wax and use their Stripper. We do factory floors with about a 1000 people a day walking on them and it holds up very well. Do only up to 4 coats at once. Each coat equals 2 of the normal waxes. Its about 25 % solids verses 16 in others.  The medical manufactures requested this product and now after a year of looking at it I see why. Try to get a burnishing program on the floor. Monthly or bi-monthly depending on foot traffic.

Hello there!

Jon Michael with Atlantic Stone and Tile Care out of Charleston SC, first time posting! We had an inquiry about some "tile" cleaning and when I got there, it was this VCT material. I could scrape off this gummy like material that came from chairs digging into the surface. Does anyone have any experience cleaning or buffing this type of floor? If so, any idea what pricing per sqft would look like? It's about 1200 sqft so would like to take the job if we can find a solution. Attached is pictures. Thanks for any help in advance.
