We have an opportunity to price a job for a high-end hotel in South Carolina. It is around 3000 Sqft of marble floors needing honed and sealed. These floors are in good shape, just 18 months of high volume traffic and they need some TLC. We are 99% residential but having this hotel on our resume would look great so we want to price it - we currently charge $8-9 sqft to hone for residential. Anyone have an idea of what hotels/commercial work is priced at? Any input is appreciated!
