It occurred about 3 weeks ago and is not improving. The customer is not offering any suggestions on what caused it...he believes that the maid service caused it, but they are not owning it. I got a first hand look today. It doesn't appear to be etch marks, as they are darker than the stone & the reflectivity & gloss has not been impacted, when looked at up close.Blain Haeg
