I carry a Action Day Planner that I use to capture all of my notes in. I’m old school and I like to write things down which helps to keep me organized. It also helps me to maintain my grammar skills as I age. I use this as a backup for my scheduled appointments. I like having a hard copy should anything ever happen with the web. We also use M-Help Desk to prepare all estimates and invoicing. I hope this helps!
