This will be the first time I work on sandstone. This customer asked me some questions about the process. There are some water stains that need to be removed, as well as a deep cleaning. I have copied and pasted the questions from the customer. I would like to be well prepared to answer these questions. Can anyone help? I have an idea. Like I said I just want to be well prepared to answer these questions and not sound like an idiot.

Are limestone and sandstone treated differently in the restoration process?
2)I know you intend to "clean and remove stains." Does that involve actually sanding the floor? When would it be necessary to do such a thing?
3) About how many days does the process comfortably take, allowing proper time for drying, etc?
4)Do the stains on the floor require a "poltice?" Under what circumstances would you use such a thing?
