Depending on the amount of foot traffic, I would suggest a quarterly or semi-annual Deep Cleaning and polishing of the traffic lanes. Then simply continue with Stone Soap as the daily or routine Cleaner.
Keep it simple.

Thanks for the response. Not only are they wanting it restored. But an ongoing maintenance on the floor.  Twice a year I can not commit my techs to service 3000 sq.ft. Suggestions on an ongoing maintenance and how often.

Thanks,

Roger @ Restoration Stoneworks LLC

I agree with Bob just to add it looks like it has some coating on it.
If the floor is older (cement)and has been stripped and waxed for years you need to consider the condition of the surface. In our area we find these old concrete terrazzo’s finish better if you start with a metal cut such as 70 grit metals followed by coppers.

Depends if there is anything on it Roger as you would first need to remove (strip) that. The floor looks like it is in relatively good condition so you should be able to start with 220g then on to 400g and 800g (possibly to 1800g if it is epoxy, as I can’t tell from the photos) before polishing with your choice of 5X, Marble Polishing Compound, or other similar product.
That should look good but if an additional gloss is desired, use a Crystallizer (after the floor is totally dry) to enhance further.
Maintenance should be with a good Stone Soap and you are set.
Do a test to confirm results and procedure.

Partners appreciate suggestion on a potential job. :Large commercial terrazzo lobby floor. Pls see attached picture. Should I start with metals, coppers then 120 to 800, then 5X? Or start with 120 to 800 then 5X. Being a commercial lobby, what can I do to help to reduce the potential for slipping?

Thanks,
