The brown color dot is the 200 they do not have a 100 pad. Of you are using the monkey pads you must have a machine that weighs at least 150 pounds for the pads to work correctly. The black dot color pad is a 400

I would use a 200 grit honing powder then 400 honing powder. This will give you a nice honed finish. I would recommend doing the entire floors. This will give you a consistent finish. The 400 will achieve a nice honed finish.

Subject: Etched Travertine
Hello all I have a client that has a 10’ x 5’ travertine shower. The floor has four inch tiles with sanded grout. Fifteen of the floor tiles are etched I am looking for suggestions on how to remove the etch marks . My concern is with the small tiles and lippage seems like a pad would get torn up very quick.
