Depending on how many square feet you have a little grout saw from Home Depot will remove the epoxy  or resin whatever is on top of that and will make it look good without re-grouting  whole floor.

I did it on a job three coats of urethane on imitation slate tile and Sandable  grout. 

All you have to do is scratch the surface that’s it the grout Saw does the work.
