Hi Partners,

We’ve done many Calcutta floors and tops and always manage to get great results/clarity. This particular floor is about 20 years old and was never restored other than compounded with 5X (property manager said it was a yellow powder).
We cut it with 100 copper/resins hybrid pads, 220-1800 diamonds, MB22, shimmer.
Floor came decent but still has that little orange peel fleck (not big orange peel from burning with compound) that’s common with Carrara/Calcutta.
My question is we can usually get this material better with more clarity. Any ideas? On this floor we really took our time on each step but I’m a little disappointed with the result. Property manager likes it but I want to impress the homeowner as he is extremely wealthy with many properties.
Appreciate any feedback.

Thank you,
Chris Santospago
