Hey Pros, last year about this time right before summer we did a very large exterior restoration job. It was combination lime stone, travertine and some other type of similar stone at a private residence.
It was about 4000 ft.²
I told him it may not last long that the sun is probably going to scorch the finish.
Now they’re calling me back telling me I need to look at this!

He told me, “I know you said it may not last long, but it’s only been one season”!
Customer told me it almost looks as bad as it did before.

This happened to me a few years back so I was sure to tell them it may not last long, maybe one or two years but what you guys say?
