Hi everyone. We have a job coming up who h involves terrazzo steps where the slab at the landing has separated at the metal framing strip. The top half of the slab is now about 1/8 inch higher than the one below, leaving a sharp metal edge that is a tripping hazard. My first step is to shave down the metal edge and then fill the gap with Versaflex flexible joint sealer. My question is, what sort of tool, other than a dremel, might work to shave down that edge?  I have attached some pictures.
