Hey Pro’s What is the name of this type of marble that has always been more work than others for us to Polish?

Since it’s been a pain in the rear to polish more than others for many years I might as well find out what the name is...

We typically Diamond hone this marble to 800 or 1500 then polish it with MB 22
If someone knows a better way let me know.
