Customers floor is 4 years old and all the grout is falling apart. You can literally scratch it out with your finger nail. What would be the cause of this ?  Not hollow tiles either and it’s all over.
What would you guys charge to remove grout on 850 sqft of 18 inch porcelain tile and re grout ?
What methods you guys using out there to remove grout efficiently.
