RK,

I havn't read everyones responce to your question but I had this issue
last year. The solution for me was the diamonds I was using. The more I
try different types the more I see a LARGE difference in quality. You know
in our business thats everything! At 800 with the right diamonds that
makes all the differenc when you hit it with the 5x. In addition when
polishing the limestone we use a mop bucket with a little Klenzal to keep
the floor wet. This helps against etching. Good luck and happy holiday
weekend to all.
