RE: [sccpartners] Sealer John Freitag 09 Dec 2009 17:03 EST

My only concern is the Oxi sealer is a coating and the stone will not breath
and the sealer is softer than the stone and will collect dirt faster.

I currently have a terrazzo installer in training and there comment was they
use to use it years ago and no longer use it. The problems they had was it
would yellow over time

Or Simix Oxi One sealer. It will keep the floor sealed for 5 to 7 years.
If there is sunlight or artificial lighting no mold, dirt. grease or
bacteria will adhere to the floor.
