Braid, All the recommendations on applying cleaners to the surface in emails will all work, in my experience when I have cleaned wall areas the dirt has not penetrated into the wall and the use of a hand scrub brush with the chemical on it work very effectively. Have you done any testing on this wall yet? If not, you cannot properly bid the job until a sample is completed. The sample going to tell you what you need to do. you may find this wall may clean easier then you think. John E.
