Braid,

All the recommendations on applying cleaners to the surface in emails will
all work, in my experience when I have cleaned wall areas the dirt has not
penetrated into the wall and the use of a hand scrub brush with the chemical
on it work very effectively.

Have you done any testing on this wall yet? If not, you cannot properly bid
the job until a sample is completed. The sample going to tell you what you
need to do. you may find this wall may clean easier then you think.

Here's another question related to the subject:  how do I keep the
chemical on the vertical surface so that it has time to dwell?  Maybe
there's a way to soak terrycloth towels and tape up somehow?  Also,
other than using an angle grinder with an abrasive pad, is there a
contraption that anyone knows about that can clean a vertical wall
abrasively ( I do have an attachment fom my whissper extractor)?
