Who knows what people will do these days, anything is possible. It is not a good idea, what makes that system work is a certain psi on the steel wool and that can be hard to do on walls and counters. If they are smart they will use a nylon pad rather than steel wool... If they were really smart they would be going another way altogether.

I have a question about companies who standard practice is to crystallize marble. Will they also use crystallizer on shower walls and vanity tops if they restore those areas?
