That's one problem with that product. In the past I have used a Color Enhancing Impregnating Sealer.  I would use an alkaline based stripper to remove the Enrich & Seal then apply the Enhancing sealer. This won't scuff. Another product to use is the Stone Loc products from Richard James Chemical it will not scuff and is a tuff finish. You must follow the direction when applying this sealer. Remind me I will show it to you this week when your down for training..

All,
I recently had a job removing a coating from a black slate floor. I finished up the job using Enrich & Seal. It was not my color enhancer of choose but it was all I had in the van that day. Anyway the homeowner calls me and they are having problem with scuff marks.  It is a small area in a high rise. What would you recommend I could use to remove the excess sealer?  I thought about lacquer thinner, but I’m concerned about the smell.
