Just wanted to get back to everyone about my adventure with paint on grout lines. Stu Rosen suggested fast strip from Prosoco. And it was a total winner.  Most everyone said they would walk from the job but I didn't have that luxury. Many jobs are like a bad relationship there are a thousand reasons to leave and only one reason the say ($).
