Ok, now that I have determined that the mystery white coating on the concrete floor is Sherwin Williams Armor Seal Epoxy coating (haze grey), and i have been in touch with their tech support, the thing I don't know is if it is solvent or water based. How would i go about testing the coating to determine this?  Thanks so much.
