Color Seal will typically cover approximately 800 - 1000sq ft on 12X 12
tiles this is usually using 1 quart of product. The size of the grout line
will depend upon the coverage of the product.

Morning everyone,

Can anyone shed some info on the following? Looking to do 1400 sq ft of
12x12 tile and 350 lin ft of baseboard tile. Regular size grout joints. The
grout is a light color and homeowner wants an equally light color. About how
much Grout Perfect ColorSeal would I need?
