I would say on this granite your success of removing this oil stains is slim. I have worked on this stone before with oil stains and was never successful in removing them.

You can give it t a try. If you elect to try to remove these stains I would price it per visit and let the customer know it could take 4, 5 ,6  or more attempt and still not achieve removal.
