Any other suggestions to remove some metal or aluminum stains/scratches on tile?

I've tried some acidic cleaners, some abrasive cleaners, some rust remover. All separately of course. The rust remover started to etch the tile/remove the glaze but allowed the abrasive cleaner to make the damage less visible.
