Do they have pets or only walk barefoot? Does the driveway have asphalt? Is this commercial? Is the oily residue on the walls?

A question for Fred; would this not benefit from a thorough scrubbing with an alkaline cleaner and some honing powder and follow up with some Tennax Ager?

I asked the very same question of the owners. They did not have a concrete answer except that from daily traffic. The last time the floor was treated was 3 years ago with some kind of a steam treatment.
