Hector,

I disagree the problem is coming from the stone not having any grout line.
If you look at floor that were installed years ago but good stone craftsman
you will see stone set as a butt joint all the time and has no damage. If
every tile had this problem then perhaps there is movement in the floor
causing some issues, but we don't know that. I seem many of floors set with
a butt joint and have seem no problem. If you cut a joint line in the floor
in this area how do you match the rest of the floor unless you cut a grout
line throughout the floor?

Tile are breaking up due to no grout joint and need to have a grout joint
cut in place . you might be having defection in the floor and are the tile
loose?
As the floor moves the tile cant flex so they brake at the top? Due to
stress and pressure?
