I am personally not familiar with powders for granite.
I have had best success taking granite all the way to 3000 diamond.
And then polish with a paste from MB , called  MB20
It's pretty easy, if you have used wet to dry powders before
This produces a deep ,clear ,polish, and everyone loves it.
Although there is a shortage of change, this my two cents
