I have had experience removing epoxy grout. Found it very hard to tool up for and control the cut as the grout was much harder than the stone. They might be wanting to remove the grout to do a design color change in which case I suggest that you offer color seal in consultation with Dick at Grout Perfect. Less risk and a better result for you and your customer.
