Good morning, I am following behind a company that filled a chip on a head stone piece in a cemetery. The issue is it is at the very top of the piece n when it is wet, it is bleeding out, and staining. Is there something that can be used to remove the bleeding and correct the issue , since it is a outdoor piece.
