I am looking for a job description for a supervisor. I'd like him to run crews, do ordering, maintenance etc. Basically I want to take myself out of the operations or more specifically be able to oversee ops and not get stuck on the truck.  I have no idea what is a reasonable rate pay or what benefits to offer.
All suggestions welcomed.
