We are looking at a new job - repairing a cracked marble table top. The table is 30" in diameter, about 3/4" thick. The photo below is the bottom side of the table. There are 3 screws that attach the top to the table legs and support (those are the darker spots on the photo). The breaks look pretty clean, with a few extra small shards. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to attempt putting this piece back together? Will metal supports be necessary? If we need to replace the screws (which is probable), any suggestions on how to drill those holes?
