RE: [sccpartners] Dirt sealed into limestone Hector Castillo 25 Feb 2013 21:28 EST

How did the other company do the cleaning?
If they pressure clean the floor with "The SX-12 blasts soil and dirt from
tile, grout, and smooth or rough hard surfaces. The rotary arm spins to
create amazing soil blasting power working from 700 to 2,000 psi, while the
vacuum ports pick up all the waste. The SX-12 is ready to work with
truckmount carpet machines, pressure washers and vac systems, or the
HydroForce high pressure portable extractors" then you or some with the
same tool have to clean it what way to leave it clean.

Hope this helps you.

Subject: [sccpartners] Dirt sealed into limestone

Was called to estimate cleaning of the limestone (1500 sq ft) where other
contractor cleaned grout leaving 1" to 2" wide clean lines on all sides but
the middle of the tile dirty. It wouldn't be a problem to clean the rest but
he sealed all with impregantor pro sealer. I tested few cleaners but they
didn't do anything. The dirt is still visible. I know that honing will clean
all but the problem is with blending with the limestone in other unaffected
areas. Stone is in very good shape and technically doesn't need any
restoration work. Any suggestions of how to fix that problem?
