These tiles can be cleaned and re-sealed. These tile are usually very pores.
Keep this in mind when cleaning and sealing.

Depending upon the finish the customer is looking for I would probably
recommend StoneLoc from Richard James Chemical. This chemical is pricy
around 245.00 per gallon.
If the tiles are real pores you can add 1 tablespoon of DE powder into the
sealer to slow down the absorption. If color is needed you can use Richard
James Chemical TK 6 and request a color be added.
