Hey Joe, Most Concrete Cure & Seals are breathable and will give you
the desired look that she wants. The only thing is that cure & seals
aren't designed to last that long so it should be re-applied once a
year. Just make sure you get one that is Non-yellowing such as Dura
Sheen from Prosoco.
