Dayron,

I would first clean this stone with HOT water and a good alkaline based
stripper, allow the stripper to dwell for 5 to 10 minutes, then scrub, if
you have a spinner tool on a truck mount unit or a portable unit use it.
Then mix up some oxi-clean with HOTwater somewhat on the strong side and mop
on the floor heavy and allow to dwell for 10 minutes making sure the surface
stays wet. Then scrub it again and use the spinner tool if you have one. The
floor will turn out great, then seal with a solvent based sealer.
