So what the problem? The fountain would be wet if it on 24 hours and the
water splashes on to the surface or the wind blows and the surface get wet
it would stay wet.
If you need to clean it, recommend they shut down to allow you to clean, if
they want you to seal it ,then they need to shut it down and allow it to dry
so you can seal. I would seal with a solvent base impregnating sealer .
