RE: [sccpartners] porcelain tile

What type of facility is this floor in? how is the floor being maintained ?
Are the janitorial crews mopping the floor are how are they cleaning it?
The problem with the porcelain tiles that are textured they do grab dirt and
the only way to really keep them clean is to scrub them with an auto
scrubber or use a floor machine with a brush and vac the floor after the
scrub.
If this process is not used the tile will continue to get dirty and a
professional cleaning will be needed on a regular bases.
We have a couple or commercial properties we do a deep clean every quarter
on this type of tile.
This could be a good maintenance opportunity for you.

Its new, I did a post construction clean and it gets dirty really quick
cause the texture grabs everything.
