Gentlemen;
Before going to full restoration in 2008, I did custom tile and stone installation on many
Award winning high end homes in the Florida Keys. I have always been a fan of epoxy, partially because other installers would run for the hill ,just hearing that word..
My experience is with the old true two part latticrete epoxy, and I have had to clean up after many inexperienced installers of epoxy.
The best and least expensive way to remove for me was TSP ( tri sodium phosphate)
Available almost anywhere, mixed strong applied with a scrub brush, allowed to dwell 15 minutes and run green pads. This is fast and effective but depending on the thickness of haze , pads have to be changed as needed.

My two cents
Best to All
