Hey Pros, this is the third customer I have that has contacted me about Tiles raising.
I live an hour east of San Francisco. When it cold,.. “California Cold”, 35 to 50 degrees I get a customer or 2 calling about raising tiles.
Under the thin-set, there’s always a thin black tar base coating used for a primer.
This customer said about 3 or 4 of his neighbors have already had their tile floors torn out & installed new in the last few years.

Does anyone know more information about this?
